Our Terms and Conditions
Shopping at pålyset.se should feel secure. Here are our order terms that describe how it works when you order from us, including our delivery and payment terms.
Brief Summary
Read our complete terms below; here is a summary for those who want to find the most important information directly.
We dare to believe that we are a reliable store to shop from, as attested by both customers who shop in our physical store and those who shop with us online. Please read some of our customer reviews on reco.se.
Your Security
It is important to us that you feel secure shopping with us. We are registered for VAT and approved for F-tax. The most important thing for us is that you, as a customer, are satisfied, and we will always be flexible to ensure you are happy with us and the products we sell! If you have any questions, please contact our customer service, and we will help you!
If you want to be sure not to pay anything until we have shipped something, we recommend Svea Invoice, where you have 14 days to pay from the date we ship your package.
Complaints
According to Swedish consumer law, you as a private individual have a 3-year right to complain. If you paid in advance by credit card and want to cancel or withdraw your purchase, it may take up to 30 days to get the amount back on your card via our payment service provider. If a delay occurs, we must notify you before the product leaves our warehouse, giving you the chance to cancel the purchase. An order typically has a delivery time of 1-3 working days from the order date if all products are in stock, otherwise 3-7 working days. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Transport Damages
If a transport damage occurs, please contact our customer service via email at kundtjanst@palyset.se or through our contact form. We follow the Consumer Agency's recommendations where private customers should report the damage within a reasonable time when it should have been discovered, and business customers within 7 days of receipt. It is important that you unpack the shipment as soon as possible so any damages are discovered immediately.
If damage has occurred, please keep the packaging and products in this condition so they can be inspected. We can then decide on any replacement, remedy, or price reduction.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you pick up the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service within these 14 days. Not picking up your package is not the same as withdrawing your purchase; for unclaimed packages, we will charge you 250 SEK for shipping and administration. If you want to withdraw a purchase, return the package to us after notifying us of your intention. By notifying us, we can adjust the invoice due date so we can correct it after receiving the return. It is, of course, okay to test the product, and to do this, you must open the packaging and return the product even in these cases and receive a full refund. If the product is damaged or noticeably worn upon return, we have the right to make deductions from the refunded price.
When returning a package, it is important to save the receipt if something happens to the package on its way back to us, as you are responsible for the return shipment. Please use the box you received the package from us in when returning. You can easily book the package at posten.se/skicka.
Warranties
All products we sell have a warranty of at least one year. If the warranty period is longer, it is stated on each product in its description. If a product proves to be defective upon delivery, you have up to 3 years to complain about it according to consumer law. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our customer service, preferably via email at kundtjanst@palyset.se or through our email form.

We check that the order is possible to deliver and reserve the right not to deliver an order if it is in any way unreasonable or incorrect. If the order only contains one item, you may receive an email notifying you that we have canceled your order as it is not possible to deliver.
