Brass cable clamp with outer M10 thread. It gives a stable and safe connection between the cable and the lamp holder. It is made of brass and fits standard lamp holders.
A cable clamp lowers the risk of short circuit and stops the wires from being pulled apart when you use a lamp holder with a shade and a bulb. It holds the cable in place, so the wires are not exposed to pull or pressure.
Some lamp holders may need a nut or a washer for a good fit, since the thread on the cable clamp can be a little higher than the thread in the lamp holder. This gives a tight and safe connection without gaps.
The cable clamp has a screw and an inner part made of plastic.
